Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at backtothefurniturestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and, where possible, in their original packaging. As our collection consists primarily of vintage and pre-owned furniture, signs of age, patina and other characteristics clearly shown or described in the product listing are not considered defects.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrives damaged, materially differs from its description, or an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially differs from its description, contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Vintage Items

Every piece is individually inspected, photographed and described before sale. Vintage furniture naturally carries traces of its previous life, including variations in colour, patina, minor marks, repairs or other signs of age. These characteristics form part of the individual history of the piece and will be represented as accurately as possible in the listing.

Returns within the European Union

Customers purchasing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
